Olympics
After how well the summer games went in China with tons and tons of live footage when the time zone differential was huge one would expect NBC to carry lots of live coverage when the winter games kicked off in the country we share a border with in a city that is on PST. But what did we get? Horrible commentary from the likes of Costas and Collinsworth and Dan Patrick. I mean hell wheres Tony Dungy, Olberman and the rest of the sunday night football crew at this rate. And then throw in the fact that its damn near impossible to find live coverage of things even in primetime! I could rant about how NBC is going to show ice dancing instead of the USA vs Canada game on sunday night too but whats the point. When is this horrible NBC Olympic contract up? I want to fall in love with Olympic TV coverage again. Help?
